Transaction Tracking for Shopify Merchants

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before installing or using the Paymate app on your Shopify store. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Paymate ("the App") is a transaction-tracking synchronization service for Shopify merchants, operated by Pluriventures ("we," "us," or "our"). The App connects to your Shopify store and synchronizes order, fulfillment, and transaction data to provide accurate financial tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
You must operate a legitimate Shopify store and have authority to install third-party apps on that store. By installing the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Installing Paymate grants the App access to specific Shopify resources via the Shopify API, including shop account details (account email, shop location), order details (order names, line items, fulfillments), and transaction data. You may revoke this access at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin.
The App may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the payment method on file for your Shopify account on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. The billing cycle and amount will be presented to you at the time of subscription confirmation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Shopify's billing policies; we do not issue direct refunds.
You agree to use the App only for legitimate transaction tracking purposes related to your own Shopify store. You agree not to:
The App collects and processes your Shopify store data solely to provide transaction tracking and reconciliation features. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.
The App, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content (other than your store data), is the exclusive property of Pluriventures. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
You retain full ownership of all data from your Shopify store. By installing the App, you grant us a limited license to access, sync, store, and process this data solely to provide the App's functionality.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers, including Shopify's Terms of Service.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial data and for compliance with your own accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pluriventures and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
