Lyrix AI — Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

a) Device Identifier

When you first open Lyrix AI, the app generates a random, anonymous device ID. This ID is stored locally on your device and sent to our server with each request. It is used solely for rate limiting and tracking free generation usage. It is not linked to your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.

b) Subscription and Purchase Data

If you subscribe to Lyrix PRO, your purchase is processed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive a RevenueCat user ID that allows us to verify your subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment details, credit card number, or billing address. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.

c) Song Generation Data

When you create a song, we send your lyrics or text description, selected genre, and selected mood to our server, which forwards this information to the Suno API for AI music generation. We track the number of generations per device ID on our server to enforce usage limits.

d) Server Logs

Our server automatically collects basic technical logs, including IP addresses, request timestamps, and request paths. These logs are used for debugging, security monitoring, and service reliability and are retained for a limited period.

e) Notification Permissions

Lyrix AI may request permission to send local push notifications to inform you when your song generation is complete. These notifications are processed entirely on your device and are not sent through any external push notification service.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account creation, sign-up, or login.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact information.
• We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or photos.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or serve ads within the app.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with data brokers or advertisers.

• Songs and audio: Generated songs are stored locally on your device. Audio files are hosted by Suno on their servers.
• Device ID: Stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage and recorded server-side in our database.
• Generation counts: Stored server-side in a SQLite database associated with your anonymous device ID.
• Server infrastructure: Our backend runs on secure, access-controlled servers. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

We retain your anonymous device ID and generation count data for as long as necessary to provide the service and enforce usage limits. Server logs are retained for a limited period and are periodically purged. Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data profile to delete. If you uninstall the app, your locally stored songs and device ID are removed from your device.
